As an admirer of
Bill Viola's work, it's a natural progression to view
Jim Campbell's work too. A former student of Viola, Campbell's new work,
Fundamental Interval Commuters #2, is a captivating and well made example of the genre. Using photographs shot at Grand Central Station, Campbell programmed a computer interface to create the illusion of motion and traffic.
